After many requests for a parent focused resource, it is our great pleasure to make available a parent edition of the resource “The Challenge of Pornography”.

The Challenge of Pornongraphy is a fantastic book for parents who want to understand how pornography works and what they can do to help young men better understand the ways in which pornography can powerfully impact their relationships and their future.

“The Problem with Pornography” has now been re-released in a version just for parents.

This version of “The Problem with Pornography” has been designed with parents and sons in mind. Suitable to watch on your own or with your son, this resource will educate you about the nature of pornography and offer a vision for manhood that is grounded in respect for women, for the human body and the gift of sexuality.

Boys Package:
The parent/son pack comes with a parent printable workbook CD that outlines some of the challenges of sex education as well as some useful tips on how to talk to your son about the more sensitive issues around puberty. This CD is accompanied by a 35 min DVD that deals specifically with the challenges that happen for boys, including wet dreams and erections.
The package also contains a child’s printable workbook which has information and activities for boys to work through after watching the DVD presentation.

Girls Package:
The parent/daughter pack complete with a printable workbook on CD that outlines some of the challenges of sex education as well as some useful tips on how to talk to your daughter about the more sensitive issues arounf puberty. This CD is accompanied by a 35min DVD that deals specifically with the changes that happen for girls, including breast development and menstration.
The package also contains a child’s printable workbook which has information and activities for girls to work through after watching the DVD presentation.

Traditionally, parents have been the primary educators of their children in the area of sex education. Today many parents feel this special task has been taken out of their hands and many feel ill equipped to deal with the issues surrounding good sex education. This presentation will examine what you as a parent can do to be more involved and in control of the sex education your child receives as well as looking at some tips on how to communicate to your child about this sensitive topic.
